In June 2020, we announced that our cloud native core banking platform, Vault Core, was proven and available on all infrastructure options; an important milestone for the company. By being cloud agnostic, we can serve clients across the world, each of whom have different preferences and requirements for their public cloud providers, including multi or hybrid cloud strategies.
Many of our top tier banking clients have selected Microsoft Azure as their cloud platform of choice. Thought Machine’s core banking system Vault Core is now listed on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. This marks the start of a much closer collaboration between the two companies, as well as the potential to bring the depth and breadth of the Microsoft ecosystem to banking clients around the world.
Thought Machine and Microsoft were both sponsors of EBADay 2020, a virtual event where our Chief Marketing Officer, Travers Clarke-Walker and Microsoft Financial Services EMEA Regional Business Lead, Patrice Amann featured in a panel discussion on future technologies. Propositions built around cloud native technology and a wider, connected ecosystem, offer banks the opportunity to transform at pace, reduce costs, and target specific customer pain points in ways that are incomparable with legacy systems.
